This is a wonderful honey, I use it in lemon tea and it sweetens and enhances the citrus flavor of the tea. I use it most mornings.

Monterrey Orange Blossom
I enjoyed the flavor of this honey very much! I have been using Pure Clover Honey in my hot teas to help keep my allergies at bay, but this type of honey does not meet the expectations of keeping allergies( tree, pollen) at bay.
