Unique batch of clover honey
This batch is just a little darker than one (7mos. ago). That is the beauty of honey. Uniquely manufactured by bees. Wonderful flavor, we really love it.

a great multipurpose honey
While this honey isn't as healthful in the way of nutrients, it has a versatile flavor and a more subdued flavor profile than honey such as orange blossom. I also use this for mead and I'd recommend this honey for fruit mead or as a general purpose honey for cooking, eating etc

Raw Texas Clover Honey
I wanted to have a raw honey from the same state in which I live to take daily and use as a natural sweetner in my homemade organic bbq sauce. That is the reason I bought in bulk. This honey has good flavor and the price is fair. Would buy again.
