Mesquite Honey

Mesquite Honey is very light in color as it actually happens to be our lightest honey in both flavor and color out of our varietals.  While there may be plenty of mesquite trees around Texas, mesquite requires very specific and severe drought conditions to blossom.  Our Mesquite Honey comes to us from the desert areas of Mexico.
