The Wildflower honey has a wonderful well rounded flavor. I first tried it in the pint size along with some others -- it won out. The gallon -- shipped all the way to upstate New York - packed in reused materials - arrived in perfect condition. I support the philosophy of reduce/reuse. I've been buying this honey for years and it's always so tasty. For those in the Austin area, this honey has a very similar taste to Round Rock Honey that everyone brags about. I love this one better and have found that my family uses enough of it for all of our recipes that we buy it by the gallon. Will continue buying this honey forever!
