Rich and flavorful
Don't be fooled by the light, golden color of this honey. The is one of the best, richest, and most robust honey varieties I've ever tasted. On a scale of 5 stars, I give it a 10.

The Real Deal
I love this honey. There is so much flavor in this one. I drizzle it over grilled red onions and peppers just to wow my dinner guests. The mesquite flavor is instantly obvious but the honey is not overly sweet. A big high five to Walker for this beauty.
