Huajillo Honey
I enjoyed the first bottle of this Honey I tried a couple of months ago. It is delicately flavored and pairs perfectly with lighter, delicate teas but also tastes great on croissants. The Muth jars are very stylish and attractive, but I prefer the screw top pint bottles for ease of handling. LOVE THIS STUFF!!

Full of sweetness
There is a subtle sweetness to the aroma. The flavor has a very candy like quality. However, there is warm nuttiness that is part of the flavor profile. There is a twinge of heat at the end that seems to linger.
