I love buckwheat honey it's great for colds, sore throats, upset stomach, and an energy booster. A teaspoon usually does the trick for upset stomachs.

This is Buckwheat!
Buckwheat honey has a distinct flavor. It is RICH, and has a sweet nutty kind of flavor. I use it as a VITAL ingredient in all BBQ sauces and for marinades. It is also the BEST honey to use in Wheat bread recipes. Makes the best Dark German bread as well! When you don't want a lot of refined sugars in your diet, this is the best for baking and sauces. The cork gave me some trouble, and I LOVE the bottle, but with Lupus and the beginnings of RA, corks might become a problem. Glass bottles are the BEST way to keep honey.

Excellent product!!! best tasting Honey i have ever had!!! Bought first jar at our local grocer (HEB), but they never re-stocked and i looked you all up online!!! SO GLAD I did!!!
